I find myself only using one load out for every type of playlist I play. Maybe I’ll use another but I always end up sticking to one and I never use all 5.
What does Waypoint think? Do you use multiple load outs or just stick to one? What load out do you use the most?

I don’t know about that. I can’t get a hold on thruster pack. Just can’t seem to figure out how to use it. This is my go to class:
I prefer to path of least resistance so all of my loadouts use the fast track tactical package and plasma nades but I only use three of my loadouts. The other two aren’t realy useful yet. When I get more bonuses from specializations I may use them when I need the variation.
Small Map:
DMR or if the course of the game leads me to change strategy, I modify this to a BR
Boltshot(Shotgun)or ill use a Plasma Pistol if there are vehicles.
PV
Ordinance Priority/Plan to get Nemesis Later
Big Map:
DMR
Plama Pistol
Jet Pack
Ammo
Ops:
Assault Rifle - I find the AR helps alot more since I get into more CQC vs Elites and Knights in OPS.
Boltshot as Shotgun or one shots for grunts/crawlers
Jetpack
Ammo
I don’t use the Dmr, it requires less skill to use than the ar atm.
That being said I have to use more load outs for different situations, some maps require light rifle play while others require br. Some maps like adrift and abandon let the ar shine so I use it there.
Load outs are wonderful if put together properly, using only one is foolish. There are plenty of viable load outs in the game. Sme revolving around support or defense, but they require thought and the ability to adapt to play styles to use properly.

Support and tactical packages, whilst being good will not impact the game a great deal…
What is this “I don’t use the DMR because it requires less skill than the AR”?
The dmr, like other guns is viable.
The amount of skill something requires does not influence it’s performance?
Perhaps the DMR is the easiest weapon to use, but you should still try and get better at using it?

I don’t need to get better at it, when I run out of ammo it’s the only thing ever laying around so I have plenty of time to use it…
Support and tact packages do impact the game enough to give you an advantage if used with other support and tact packages. Wheelman with a gunner upgrades warthogs out of the auto kill zone. Picking up power weapons with ammo perk and giving them to teammates with stability or others is amazing.
Correct use of armor abilities is game changing. Auto sentry and regen field need to be used a lot more, and the amount of times I’ve saved a flag carried or ball carrier with hard light is ridiculous.
Teamwork is halo. It isn’t make a load out that gets YOU. kills, it’s about the team. The possiblities with load outs makes random ordnance reasonable as well, because if you work as a team in this game. Like an actual team. You’re nearly invincible with just load outs.
Most of loadouts have either Hologram or AC on it, but as for weapons and perks, I like variety because all the weapons are pretty viable, (though the carbine could use some love).
