Probably (i put maybe) but i kind of hope they dont. showing it might ease peoples fears about the game, but imagine the excitement as you play through the game the first time not knowing anything about what you are about to be killed by.

Thank you everyday math. I’ve been saying this over and over again. I will say there is a chance we will the ancient enemy, but no guarantee. The only guarantee we have is we will a new enemy.

It would be immensely disappointing if we didn’t see the enemy. It would leave MANY people pissed.

This is correct. They could just show us some new Sentinels for all we know.
I’m pretty sure that they’re showing the first cutscene and the first mission tonight. I’ll try and look for where I read it, I’m pretty sure it was on the NeoGaf forums.

What? Why? We might catch a glimpse to give us a taste. But wouldn’t it be better to leave it a mystery?

OT: I kinda hope they don’t because it’ll ruin the surprise, but I also really want to know what it is. I guess we’ll find out in an hour and 45 minutes.
I hope they don’t show them, at least not in detail. I’d like to see some kind of teaser like maybe a few flashes of them at the end (something like the concept art trailer) or maybe a quick glimpse of Chief fighting them.
Well, I would like to know who or what it is, but I’m not sure if I want to see them in gameplay or anything like that really. Part of the game, for me, is the surprise, and halo hasnt had any real surprises in quite a while due to my inability to stop reading everything I can on it. I have learned that the only way to keep surprises is by me not reading about it, and the only way to keep me from reading about it, is if it is not leaked or released.
