Wouldn’t it be great if they gave it to us this Friday as a Christmas gift instead of a weekend mode?..
I really want to hope that’s the case…But I have a strong feeling we won’t get a weekend mode even due to the Holiday Social and Doubles playlists…
It almost seems anti productive for them to give a gift like that this late without any warning, but then again if they say there putting it in then people will get there hopes up… It’s a dilemma I’m sure.

Probably not. Plus with the threat/“tradition” of Xbox live being down on Christmas, I’d say it’s very unlikely. It should be its own permanent game mode, anyway. But that’s a whole 'nother topic. 
not a chance. its about to be Christmas so the guys over at 343i are mostly all at home now with their family for the holidays. don’t mention they are also in the process of Moving to their New Studio Building. so i can imagine alot of their development stuff are over there now and not fully set up yet. til January. and as well the update would have to be certified by Microsoft as well before its put in.

It really blows my mind how they forgot it. Skipped out on 4 but Reach and 3, Infection was THE custom game mode, it was the reason many people even played the game or made maps at all.
Maybe and hopefully in January. Although lets not get our hopes up, this is 343 were on about here xD
I’ll give them February at the latest. If no infection by then i will cri myself to sleep every night… oh and also not play the game.
