No, it’s not going to have new weapons or any new content at all, because they’re just going to repackage Mario Party 5.

There’s going to be awesome new weapons. But, for reasons unknown, they’ll only be available in the campaign. Also, you won’t be able to pick them up, only see the enemy use them. For multiplayer, we’ll just be getting UNSC and Covenant weapons from past Halo games.

The only weapon returning is the pistol. It’s been confirmed by Frank. There will be no new weapons either. Get you pistol game right if you want to play halo 4 7_7.
