Do you think the TU beta should take affect in all playlist in Reach?

Other then the Anniversary?

This is why I think it will be a good idea.

When the Anniversary playlist came out, people were upset that it did not affect the other game. With that I mean that there was no 85% in all the playlist, and it was just in the TU beta, and the anniversary.

It will be cool if there were to be an update that will just transfer the TU beta into the other playlist.

Yeah, this is something that needs to happen.

It’s ridiculous that a title update only effects a small portion of the game.

What about the other people that actually like how Halo: Reach’s standard settings play? They have no right to enjoy the game the way they like it?

No one is saying that there can’t be playlists like Classic Reach. But, people who are not happy with Reach’s MP have been told time and time again to adapt… So now it’s time for the people that like the TU to tell them to adapt for a change…

What about all the competitive player that were forced to deal with armor lock, OP nades, and Reach in general?

…Besides, most people play living dead anyways…

I’m not going to debate this with people who think like this. Not worth my time.

eventually, once everything is good and balanced out.

If they like it, then they can play custom games. The point of an update is to better the game.

Nicely said.

Because they’re still testing the update to see if it’s a universally good or if only jerks who want to limit a game to their playstyle were very vocal in order to keep the game unbalanced in their favour.

They still retain the right to get pooped on nevertheless :P. I don’t see the problem here, the extra settings (TU) add on to the game.

As much as I don’t agree with their opinion that’s not really necessary.

Though adding on to this, the most played gametype is living dead. That should be some kind of indication that there’s something wrong with the core playlists of the game.

  1. Yes, the EXTRA settings add on to the game, but what is being implied here is that those settings should become standard. Not everyone likes the TU settings. It’s like getting rid of Living Dead although it has the highest playlist population just because a minority doesn’t like it.
2)“You seem like a Living Dead Pro, you got that to fall back on anyways.” - Epic fail. Check my game history. I haven’t played Living Dead since early launch.

I’d rather not. Cool B.net etiquette there, bro.

You do realize you are inviting me to call you bad? You’re goading me into it i swear… :stuck_out_tongue: (sans Living Dead according to you, which you hardly played. A fail on my part for skipping the checked history part. Still i am surprised :P)

In all seriousness though…

True not everyone likes the TU settings. I fear that may be out of getting roflstomped one too many times due to it be different from normal Reach. ZB Magnum is OP i won’t argue that, but i don’t see what else is wrong with more consistent, faster paced gameplay. Optimal Solution: Make it a separate playlist for ZB and be done with it. Tweaked 85 bloom would be preferable for the rest of Reach even if it’s still random, it’s lesser in 85.

No. Those who withstood Reach’s BS and still got fun with it are still playing it because of the vanilla Reach gametypes.

Those who prefer TU and Anniversary settings are a minority.

> Everyone hates compromise but then again, no one is ever pleased with such ideas. I dislike Reach settings but i’ll play on them. ZB and when I get used to them, Anniversary settings are pretty good (pistol and jump height need work though).

Yes.
