The word “oracle” is surely defunct by now, considering that the Covenant itself is defunct. I don’t think that one of the installation monitors will appear in Halo 4; however, I think that it’s practically a certainty that one or more Forerunner constructs will.
I believe that you will see the one who believes that they are best forgotten. He also mentions “Her wrath”. So I imagine that will have something to do with the game as well.
