Depends on the reason, the phone rings, there’s a knock on the door, children need looking after or all valid reasons, quittting for being on a bad team etc is not a good reason imo, problem is, neither the system or the team you’re leaving know the reason why, only you do.
When people leave the team they should spawn someone to replace them.

Yeah like one of those marines from warzone at least.
There are real life reasons, but it’s super irritating when people do leave. I only leave if more than one person has already left.
