I personally do, they are fun to try and find, and they are very interesting with the affects it creates when you play on Campaign or anything else.

EDIT: Do you also wish there were Skulls on multiplayer maps on Halo 4? Like it was for Halo 3 Mythic map packs?

Of course it does, just make it like Halo 3’s system instead of. Reach.

I agree with you! People hacking the game to find the skulls made finding skulls completely pointlessly fun. I do hope that those skulls are hack proof like you said. 
Well, it is not your problem if somebody is lazy enough to use hacks to find them.
But yes, finding skulls is really funny! They must return like in Halo 3 and 2 and Anniversary.

Yes, but if they do they should place them like in Halo 2. Those were harder to get imo.
So even if people just watch youtube videos how to get the skulls it should be a bit challenging to actually get them.
Well they have been in Halo 1,2 and 3 so I guess 4 will need to have them too I see no reason why they wouldn’t have them.
Need? No, Halo 4 would do just fine without skulls because they aren’t a critial part of the game (as, say, guns are.) They would help, though, make the campaign just a little more replayable, more so if 343 gets rid of the half–Yoinked!- set Bungie slapped onto the franchise years ago and just stuck with for some absolutely bizzarre reason.
Skulls are part of what made the past campaigns so great. So many memories…grenade jumping, etc.

YES! And please make it so the skulls have to be found to be unlocked, none of this already unlocked nonsense like in Reach.
Skulls add so much to the Campaign experience. Besides Easter eggs, it added hours of fun and competition trying to find.
With Halo 3’s campaign scoring, it brought a whole new level of fun trying to beat previous run throughs.
Please 343i - make skulls searchable unlike Reach.
