I still play Warzone fairly frequently, but it’s been becoming slightly discouraging the last few weeks. Matches don’t seem casual anymore and I’m just not having as much fun as I used to.
No I don’t, for various reasons. I barely did in the first place. But I do play lots of Warzone Firefight and I haven’t had any problems finding matches in that playlist (at least on Heroic)
Yep still play it most days it’s definitely harder to get matches and it’s way sweatier than it used to be but that’s what happens when a game is 2 years old and most people have all the reqs in abundance

I’m not sure I understand this. According to your public service record, this is the first day you’ve played any Warzone or Matchmaking at all.
Could you clarify for us please?
Ive dropped it for competitive but i still have a lot of friends playing it however warzone assault is dying a bit.
The closest I get to Warzone is Warzone Firefight. I never really liked Warzone. The REQ system is weird and obviously only exists for micro-transactions. I hope that for Halo 6 343i abandon Warzone as it is now, and overhaul it without the REQ system. I understand that micro-translations are a thing now, and any betting man would but heavy money on Halo 6 having some sort of micro-transaction system in it. I’m just hoping that they change it to all cosmetic and abandon the pseudo pay-to-win thing that is the REQ system.
I also don’t think that A.I. and PvP fit together well at all. It makes it unnecessarily complicated. Combo that with all the REQ weapons, and you have chaos. It’s not great. I’d switch it out for 40 player “Super BTB” and Firefight.
Sometimes, but it usually takes a while to find a match and when I do I die very often. I just stick to team arena, and continue to try to get past platinum 2
I still play a bit, but the H3 playlist is fun for me so I’ve spent most time there, plus I feel like its a little more one sided because everyone (including me having not paid for a req since the first couple months when I bought a couple packs) has a bunch of high reqs available, the team that reached high req level has almost too good of tools available to them. Gotta have a good team to fight that.
Never have too much trouble finding a match

This is exactly how I feel about Warzone, too. Although when you say “pseudo pay-to-win” it’s more like “players who have been playing for a long time can outgun new players because things that affect in-game performance are tied to a progression system” which is one of my biggest problems with Warzone and the req system. I’d be happy if they just brought back BTB Heavies

And becasue progression in Halo 5 is also tied to micro-transactions that is what makes it pay-to-win. It’s not as bad as other games, and you can technically still outplay people that pay a lot, but it is still pay to win. Cashing out on REQ packs gives you an advantage, no doubt.

This is true, too. I just hope the microtransactions in Halo 6 are only for cosmetics, as you said
yes it takes a while, o though it was my connection, so i play in expanded and it was faster.
i migth be slammer for this, but i think WZ is fun
