Do you recommend the Halo 4 headset? Or something else? I remember reading about a Halo 4 headset coming out, and I can’t remember the name… When’s the release date? If you guys think it sucks, what do you recommend? I would prefer if it was available on Amazon UK and was compatible with Xbox AND PC (If that’s possible… If not maybe I could find some sort of extension for the cable that I could take on and off.)

It’s a Birthday present for myself, so I’ve got around 100 (American) bucks to spend. So around 60 Pounds. If you can find a bargain, I’d love you forever.

Although I use Astro A40’s I think the Halo headset will be okay.
But just remember you’re paying more for the Halo branding.

best thing to do would be have a look online for reviews of the warhead/detonator.
As they’ll be what the headset will sound like.

No, I do not recommend getting the Tritton Halo 4 headsets. The new Xbox 360 branded Trittons are way overpriced and can only be used on the 360. If you want something for $100 that also works on PC, I’m afraid you’ll have to go with Turtle Beach.

I still use the OD green Halo 3 headset. It’s my fave for playing with friends.

Also, don’t bump threads. There’s rules against that and punishment is most severe.

If you want one that works with PC and Xbox 360 then I recommend the turtle beach x 12’s they are $60.
As for the quality of Trittons I can not say, as I have never owned a pair.

Tritton Universal they are a decent Wired Headset that can be used for Pc, Xbox360 and Ps3.
