do you really need 8 GB to play XBL?

I only have 7.1 GB left on my HDD…do I really need to delete a bunch of stuff in order to play Halo 4? That is so stupid. Is this even true?

I have an older white xbox…not the oldest kind for it has HDMI…but my HHD is like…I think 14 GG…need help

I believe the answer is yes. You will need to delete some stuff to make room for the content that must be loaded onto the unit.

Well, I thought it was just for Spartan Ops, but I guess it includes the second disc as well. I’m not quite sure yet.

By now, in 2012, I think everybody should have a 120GB HDD, at least.

To play War Games, you need 8 Gigabytes of free space.

From Halo 4 Fact Sheet October 2012:

> Online multiplayer and Spartan Ops gameplay requires Xbox LIVE Gold Membership (sold separately). Minimum 8GB USB flash drive or Xbox 360 hard drive required for “Halo Infinity Multiplayer.” For an optimal experience, play with an Xbox 360 hard drive. (For Xbox 360 4GB, Arcade and Core consoles, Xbox 360 hard drive is sold separately).

Yes.

You could get yourself a 16GB flash drive for like $20 and not have to delete anything.

You’ll need more for Spartan Ops as well.

Not me! I still have the original 60GB model, I’ve never had the red ring either! I’m just fortunate enough to have 16GB’s left. But that’s just me. I wish I could have gotten the Halo 4 Xbox.

Anyway… To answer the main question at hand, the multiplayer is so big, mainly do to Spartan Ops, and all the advanced stuff they put in. This isn’t your average Halo. o.0

Unfortunately, you’re going to have to upgrade your HDD or clear up space.

I invested in the slim Xbox last May and I’m glad I did. I have 100+ GB left. I advise you get at LEAST a 60GB HDD

its mainly for spartan ops
