I personally like it. Yeah, it’s not in game. But Arena was in Halo Reach and how successful was that? I would rather have this on waypoint than not at all. I need a real goal not just SR-130
Even if it shows up in game I won’t give too much attention for it. I think numbers can not tell how good is a player. Never forget, paper beats rock. Maybe the numbers tell he/she is weak, but eventually you can be destroyed by him/her.
It doesn’t show up in game, so no it’s not that big of a deal to me. Even though I’ve known it wouldn’t show up in game from day one, I always kind of hoped that 343i would change their decision on CSR.
It isn’t displayed in the game and it will be reset frequently. And outside of Team Throwdown, it wouldn’t be truly accurate considering it would negatively impacted by JIP-facilitated defeats (Joining a team that’s already losing by a large margin).
People who care too much about their CSR will be VERY TICKED OFF when 343 occasionally resets their levels and they have to start all over. I can see the countless threads about it already.

Depends on how often the resets are.
It takes ages to level up in team ranked playlists. Those shouldn’t be reset very often, if at all.
Individual ranked playlists though are pretty easy to level up in.
> My aim is to have fun, not worry about a number.
Implying people can’t have fun with the challenge of leveling up their number.
> Meh, I couldn’t care less about it. Don’t really understand the big fuss about it. My aim is to have fun, not worry about a number.
Why don’t we just get rid of scoring then? We just put a time limit on slayer without a kill counter or post game stats. Sounds like tons of fun to me!
They should’ve put it into the game even if you had to look through the start menu a bit to find it. Not having it in the game is ridiculous and pointless.
I’m pretty sure the only reason people care is because of the avatar tee reward, or they’re just tryhards.
