I can’t launch Halo because my Xbox keeps asking me if I own it. I do. Digitally. But now I can’t play it. WTF?

Anyone have any work around? I have signed in/out, and rebooted my X1. Nothing.

A lot of people have to power-cycle their xbox for it to work.

You can give this a try, failing that I would contact xbox support as it could be a profile / account related issue:

  • Quit all running apps and go abck to your dashboard- Hold in the power button on your xbox for 30 seconds- Unplug the power brick for 1 - 2 mins- Plug back in and boot the box up- Try and launch Halo now and see what happens
