i just got off with Microsoft about this and we tried a number of trouble shoots, she said there’s proof of purchase and that it’s a problem on waypoints end. The game worked before the latest update, wonder if it may be because of that?

I understand that this has probably already been tried, but do a hard reset of your console. That seems to fix a lot of issues.

That eventually fixes itself after a few restarts. Make sure you’ve tried both restart from console menu, force restarts, and turning it off and on again. If all else fails, you can try leaving it for a bit and it might fix itself. Worked for one of my friends

Usually a hard power reset (removing the power cable from console to remove the cache) has worked for me in the past. Just do not do the remove profile that they recommend. That has never helped and only causes a lot of grief.
