"Do you own this game or app?"

This has been happening for a month and I contacted xbox live support and they couldnt help me and they sent me here.
My Problem is whenever I try to start Halo 5:guardians It says “Do you own this game or app?”

Have you tried power cycling your Xbox and/or uninstalling then reinstalling Halo 5? I know these are the obvious answers but they usually solve most issues.

If I delete the game I cant redownload it due to me “Not owning it”

If another account on your XBOX owns Halo make sure they are included in your “Family” so you can share games.

You tried power cycling your Xbox? Are you using a disc or a download?
