The other day I was playing infection, and I suddenly noticed that, I was like 10/30 or so and I thought that it was incredibly unfair if the zombies lost their K/D don’t take me wrong i really like infection but it would be rather unfair…
to be fair i play infection too and really it evens itself out as turns as zombie vary per round.
Yes that’s true but what if you are a zombie 3 times in a row?
> Yes that’s true but what if you are a zombie 3 times in a row?
Well then you either hide or play smart and dont run around like a headless chicken. Keep in mind you will always see the spartans on the motion tracker even if they crouch move, so getting a few corner kills shouldent be to hard.

If you’re a smart zombie and not a dumb one, your K/D will be fine. Use your dumb teammates who run strait at the spartans to get in behind them.
Ive had games where i spawned as a zombie for 5 or 6 rounds in a row but then i had games where i was a human for a few games in a row and ended up with a great amount of kills and very little deaths.
just gotta play it smart and not rush out into the open
When you are a zombie, you must be cunning and utilize stealth to maintain a decent overall K/D, but if you cant help mindlessly seeking out brains, its ok, you are a zombie, nobody will blame you.
Although the zombies get killed a lot when you’re a human it is very easy to get a lot of kills. So it’s balanced out, kinda.
K/D shouldn’t track in objective or ‘fun’ playlists Ex(Grifball, Living Dead). Having K/D track in those playlists only promotes stat boosting.
It’s a gamble every time you play Infection. Then again, it’s a gamble every time you pick up your controller and play any playlist. I personally haven’t played Infection for a loooong time, but my K/D went up from playing it.
The odds of you spawning as a human are 9-3, 9 out of 12, 75%, etc. Pretty good odds if I do say so myself. However you look at it, you are usually picked to be a human. If you know how to kill zombies, which most people do, then you will do fine.
Well, you decided to play Living Dead, so the only person to blame for your k/d dropping is you. You don’t want your k/d to drop? Don’t play Living Dead. That, or just play smarter.
I don’t see why the game isn’t just set to have 4 rounds. Every person gets 2 rounds starting out as a human and 2 rounds as a zombie. Equal chance for everybody.

I completely agree. If you are gonna complain about a game that you choose to play… Then dont play it.

I never even said i was complaining i was just asking for people if it was true…

I didnt mean you. Just players in generally
Sorry for the confusion
It’s a gametype so it should effect k/d. Just play smart and you can go crazy positive
It affects K/D but in the wrong way. If it affected K/D overall, and it does…then okay, but it affects Competitive MM K/D. Infection is not competitive.
Nah for me it’s still about average.
Yeah I don’t even try in Living Dead. Half the time I’m on my iPod.
