Do you keep Achilles if you leave your Company?

I’ve just got the Achilles helmet with my Spartan company, and it’s taken all this time because we just didn’t communicate at all. We just worked on the commendations solo, over a long period of time. So I ask, if I was to leave the company, do I keep Achilles?
