Do you have to wait for your nail polish to be delivered for the armor coating to be sent?

I recently purchased two bottles of Xbox Collection Nail Polish from OPI on Amazon. The subtotal was more than $20, and live in the US. When I submitted a screenshot of the invoice, a day later I got a reply in my email stating
“INELIGIBLE LOCATION
Your receipt contains purchases from a non-participating location, and does not qualify.
Thanks OPI x Xbox”

This was pretty disheartening as I followed all the instructions to a T!

Anyone else have this same issue or do I have to wait until the Nail Polish delivers to me to get my code from Amazon or OPI?

You have to get approved on their site to get a code, its then emailed to you. Try contacting their support email to see if they can fix it for you.
