> Now that bo3 and fall out are out I see less of my friends that I’ve played mcc and h5 on. Is h5 losing steam here? I’m looking for ppl to play arena with. Hit me up gt same as waypoint user name.
no i dont think it is, its not assive people are going to buy bo3 and fallout 4 and then not play them, so wehn halo 5 was released it was high, then bo3 and fallout released, it decreases, after maybe a week or 2, it will increase again because people will play all 3 games, this would aply to pretty much every game, its totally expected
Nope. Halo 5 won’t die anytime soon.
Just too many games releasing at the same time: Halo 5, Blops3, Battlefront, Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, AC: Syndicate and the list goes on.
Do you all not have common sense? Talking to the ones claiming H5 is dying.
if a new game comes out, especially one of the same genre, all games of that genre will experience a drop either until hype has come back down, or until they’re bored and they go back to halo. Unfortunately there are 4 shooter launches, so I don’t expect levels to even out for all four of them (fallout, BOIII, SWBF, H5) until maybe January or February
I feel that it is dying because of all the other games plus the whole.halo thing is kind of repetitive you join a lobby odds are there are some.kids on the Mic squeaking and complaining about their own team while -Yoinking!- the other team is cheating.

> Definitely not dying, i can find a game in any playlist in less than 1 min. Other great releases are here and so you will so the average gamer or achievement hunters go to those for a bit. But after the holiday season when everyone gets Halo for christmas and the other games that come out this time of year get completed, everyone will return to H5, COD, and Destiny.
Well, let’s face it: the Campaign was a deception, at least for me.The whole Cortana badguy stuff, I can’t swallow it. And the Multiplayer is flawed, at least Warzone mode. There is a huge thread on Support Forum, with more than 70 pages of people complaining of bad connectivity and not-enough-people to start matches.
Halo is dying because 343 does not have what is needed to keep Halo alive. And my bet for after Christmas: everybody will move to Battlefront, that game is awesome.
I don’t think it is but it has the potential to start dying because of how unfair online is. It’s been ok for me using the req system because even though I’m hardly unlocking armours and skins ect. I’m getting all the good weapons and vehicles but my friend is a much higher level than me but has yet to unlock anything good like snipers, spartan laser, tanks, banshee. The best vehicle he has unlocked is actually a joke, the scout warthog, it’s almost useless online and he plays a lot more than me and is a higher level. 343 seriously need to do something about how fair online is because people will soon get pissed off with it and stop playing. Easy way to fix it, give EVERYONE the basic version of the weapons and vehicles like snipers and tanks ect. Using the req cards so you can unlock the upgraded versions like norfang that would be the best way to restore the balance. On a side note you should be able to buy armour instead of pot luck because I’m getting annoyed having a very limited choice in what my spartan looks like, if you had to reach certain ranks to unlock armour like halo 3 then fair enough but putting it down to pot luck is BS
It’s not dying, it just has a lot of big competitors at the minute which have recently been released. Lots of people will have temporarily stopped playing Halo 5 as often to play them, but they’ll filter back in a month or two. Even without them Halo 5 has a healthy population anyway

> Only if you let it. Only way for a game to die is for it to lose all popularity. Waiting for it to die is assuming an inevitability and the only inevitable thing is that 343 will stop any major support for it once Halo 6 comes out.

> Stop worrying about it and play the game. Post on the forums. Support the community. Don’t worry about silly ideas like this.

Lol You lost all credibility at “everybody will move to battlefront”, you have no damn clue about what makes up a competitive game do you? And if you wanna talk about bad stories… How about a game not having a story mode at all!! Aka: SW battlefront
I think that if some new playlist were added to arena and new maps to war zone then participation would pick up. My only complaint and unlocking the weapons I really like.
