Do you get the feeling like halo 5 is dying?

No I do not get that feeling…

Perfect example of this is the original gears of war, which still has a good amount of players playing it daily. and even more now that backwards compatibility is out. its been out for a good while now and its still kicking even with its remake and those that came after it available.

Just like ArtooFeva said just play the games you enjoy, and don’t worry about it.

Yes, very much it is. Wanna know why? I just played a game of team arena. I went 14-14, teammate went 14-11, another teammate went 13-10. Then there’s the other teammate. He went 3-15. WTF 343??? We get ranked down because of your idiotic ranking system. Thats -Yoink-. I will be selling my copy of Halo 5 and buying Fallout 4. I’m not wasting any more time or money on this garbage system of yours. I like the REQ pack system. I’ve given ample amounts of my hard earned money to it. But you should be ashamed of your decision to choose this ranking system.

Feels like I payed for half a game and I’m expected to wait an unknown period of time for the rest to show up, some of which we don’t even know if they intend to deliver.

> The entire game was made overly competitive to cater to some players when I’m sure the majority of Halo players are average at best and just play for fun with their friends after they get out of school/work. Most Halo games have had a few “hardcore” playlists for the “tryhards” to flock to allowing the rest of us to enjoy the game but in Halo 5 all playlists are geared towards competitive nonsense. Then Warzone is shoved down our throats as the craptastic alternative to Arena, as if that clusterfudge is supposed to satisfy everyone who used to enjoy playing social playlists in Halo.

I completely f-Ing agree. Fallout 4 here I come!

Actually, I don’t think it’s dying.

It’s such a great fanbase that loves halo.
343 has a big challenge, but I think they’re able to manage that.

They’re brave enough to introduce some new features like the req-system, wich is a nice idea and evolves the gameplay.

What I really miss, are the Spartan Opps.

I think, that we have to wait for the Christmas Holidays to get a right feeling, where it goes.

Somewhat yes but with all the content that will come out bit by bit will bring people

I don´t know, but i think they need more modes of games

No. The game have much to improve with the upcoming updates, not only including maps, like BO3. Just chill and play, the population will increase when the bo3 euphoric feeling turns down.

I think Halo 5 just had a bad time to release, yes it was CoD but it was BO3, people adore Treyarch and will always jump back on to see what its like, the success and change in pace from other Call of Duty’s kept people once they were there, and who else wasn’t anticipating Fallout? its the biggest game of the year no doubt. Halo 5 had just enough time to get its feet wet then these games come thundering in, the same might happen to those two games when Battlefront fully releases to all, who knows? But what we do know is that Halo 5 will be revived with Christmas Noobs galore so there’s that to look out for.

no…

Yeah pretty sure… Xbox says 13 friends recent played… whenever i play i see nobody playing it anymore

A lot of other games released right at the same time and it is only gonna get worse Star Wars coming out in a few days and the huge crowd of people switching over to that for multiplayer. None of this really seems to effect my multiplayer experience though, no problems finding matches and new people to play with.

and I’m one of the ppl who preordered the game… but ill still play halo though since the BTB and new reqs and maps would be coming up within the release week of star wars battlefront

The game itself is fine.

Yet still those games don’t affect the ones who are leaving the game do to connection, ranking, aiming, story, bullet registration, unbalanced multiplayer, ffa cluster, headshot aim assist, lag, and hardly anyone uses the ar and lots of other problems with this game. I like halo and I’m not a superstar player but still I have over 4000 kills. We all are concerned about halo but it is suffering when the lobbies can’t stay full. When I’m online discussing halo most people really are leaving because their being pistoled down. I myself don’t play with a team I have kids and don’t have enough time to focus on team play. But truly I tell you it’s the power of the nagnum the reason why people are quitting. You just wait and see how many people start to play again when they nerf the magnum. The beta magnum was perfect. I was on twitch and through the day halo 5 was only getting 1000 to 3000 views that’s a shame. Cod aw was getting more views then halo. Halo 5 can be good, it shouldnt have released in such a reck. 6 out of 10 is what I give it.

Reach wasn’t terrible!!!

it’s not dying. it’s growing up

Yeah

Why not play all

No, it doesn’t feel like that to me. This is the only game I’ve actually played since Halo 2 where I chased after skulls, or bothered to beat the game on Legendary solo.

I’ve added a lot of friends from here for Arena and most of them still play regularly.

I bought BO3 as well, I love Zombies, but only put a few hours in. Went right back to H5, and I’ll be playing all weekend.

Just because people pause playing a game to play another new title does not mean that game is “dying”.

There new games so there’s hype for them so in a month they will come back
