I would like to know if you have to go look for all the skulls in Campaign. Or is it unlocked already like Reach. Campaign was a little boring for me in Reach because I only did one play through and there was no point after that. At least in the other Halo’s you could go look around trying to get to these skulls, which made Campaign be a little more replayable.
They’re unlocked as they were in Reach.
Shame really, I had fun hunting for them with friends in Halo 3.

Agreed. There’s something to be said about hunting skulls in campaign.
Why have them immediately unlocked, I wonder? I think that and glitching in Campaign made online Co-op worth playing.
Nope, no skull hunting. I’m pretty sure a good number of us are disappointed.
They are unlocked however 343i should make additional skulls just to find

We can Hunt for terminals instead?

It’s just not the same…
In halo 3 you had to find the terminals and skulls worked fine then dont know why they changed it now that you skulls are already on.
given that they made us hunt for them in Halo CE anniversary why cant they in Halo 4
Ah, no sense complaining now, It is unfortunate yes, but the Halo campaign is looking intense. I got to say the most played campaign for me was Halo 2, and that was because of the huge amounts of story and the (boss fight) at the end of the game.
Didact boss fight eminent. Let’s do this.
Do wish skulls played more of a role in the campaign though.
Sadly no.
The worst part is not that they are already unlocked, it is that there are no new skulls. After Halo CE: A added new skulls i was expecting to get something new and fresh with Halo 4. Instead we are stuck with the same skulls we had in Halo 3, ODST, and Reach. It is not a deal breaker, but still.
What a great community we have here.
I agree, not having skulls, takes away from the game. Having hidden areas to discover with weapon’s cashes, terminals, skulls is a plus. As I keep ranting about in my topics, I really think 343i needs to make sure that future halos have a heavy dose of exploration elements; it’s been a part of most halos in some way or another, and helps to develop a sense of vastness and freedom in the game without feeling like we’re being herded from one area to the next with the only really interesting thing to do being shooting aliens in the face.
I think terminals are the replacement, but I loved how in CEA we got both…
