Looking at the Wheelman tactical package, it states:
-Wheelman: Increases the long term durability of your vehicle as well as how it reacts to EMP charges. Unlocked with Operator after 50.
My question is this:
If you are driving a warthog and two people or even three have the wheelman tactical package activated, does it further improve the long term durability of the vehicle compared to when just one user has the tactical package on? Me and my friend are an avid warthog driver/gunner combo so we have a particular interest.

As far as i know, the Wheelman mod does not stack the benefits if more than one person uses it. Of course a combination of one Wheelman and one Gunner would make a vehicle (like the Hog) improve it’s functionality (less overheat on turret, resistance to EMP and slight health regen on vehicles).
It’s a nice thing to consider when opting to use a vehicle. Gives players a specialized role on the battlefield. With friends it be easier to pull off since randoms are, well random. One Spartan with Wheelman takes the wheel and the Spartan with Gunner mod hops on and fires up the turret.
