It is against the rules to post such things, I’d remove the links and Gamertag before you get locked. If you want to report someone use the report system and let Microsoft sort it out.
Unfortunately those cheaters never get caught as nobody bans them. I have tried multiple times to address this problem, but nobody ever answered my cry for help.
Also, remove the links and his GT or you’ll get banned for calling out a player.

he was insulted by this guy cheating.
but he would be injured by getting banned.
OP, report him for cheating on XBL and move on. There’s nothing else you can do.

That won’t change anything as nobody ever gets banned.

Meh, I’m not a native english speaker, but I think it works on both ways.
He was injuried by that guy by losing and then he gets insulted by getting banned for calling out his cheating.
They both seem injuries to be honest lol

People don’t understand how the Xbox LIVE Enforcement team deals with complaints for specific games, take Black Ops and MW3 for example, Xbox LIVE Enforcement worked hard to get their reporting systems to perfection, they helped each other out, there is no doubt if someone is reported for cheating on the file complaint system, they pass it along with 343 with a certain amount of information.
