Do we Unscoped?

I’ve been over at the other thread discussing stability however I have not seen anyone provide video proof of someone unscoping without the perk. Some people think we Unscoped unless we have the perk, others were under the impression being shot just shakes you but you stay scoped. Does anyone have video proof of what actually happens? Thanks

You can unscope- the point of it is that being shot wont take you out of scope. Something that alot of ppl probably have long wanted. I’m neutral on the matter.

When you are scoped in and you are shot at, you will be un-scoped.

If you have the Mod (Stability?) you will remain scoped in while being shot at.

I respectfully disagree with your opinion. I agree with not being able to Unscoped but giving it to a small portion of the population is a large advantage.

Welcome to the new Age of Halo. You can either chose other Armour Mods, or do the Rogue Specialization and get that one. Your choice.

If they do some slight tuning it could easily be balanced. Who knows I guess we’ll find out

Well I see it this way. If someone who doesn’t have the mod is in scope and is suddenly shot at, they are immediately taken out of scope, and then have a chance to defend themselves. If a person who is using the mod is in scope, and is suddenly being shot at from behind, then that player has to quickly unscope manually, and then shoot at the attacker. While they are unscoping, the attacker could easily have gotten close enough to finish them off with a pummel.

Of course all of this depends on how good a aplayer you are and how quick you are to react. Even if you are taken out of scope instantly, a inexperienced player may not be able to react in time to defend themselves; as is the fact that an experienced player could defend themselves just as easily. Of course if they were shot with a rocket the above points are nullified, as they will be dead. :frowning:

These are just examples of what I think could happen.

In the end I think it all depends on what playstyle you would rather have, really. Each have their pros and cons.

maybe it would be better if you unscoped after 2 shots, a nice advantage without being op…i will be using stability though, it seems way more useful than all the other mods.
