Not to be a downer, but look at what 343i has done with the older variants, they took them into their own artistic design (really to be different than bungie) and they look all messed up.
Mark V [A] for example, yes I know it’s not Mark V that we know, but just look at this artist rendition of what Mark V SHOULD have been, same poses as the in game Mark V [A]

I WILL give 343 credit though, they knocked it out of the park with Mark IV, and are complimenting it with Sage in this update

343’s armor designers should be working on Marvel Comics, not Halo games.
The HCEA armor redesign was great, and the body for the Mark V Alpha is fine, 343 just seems to hate making helmets it seems.
I want the Reach level of customization back. I can respect the artistic path they decided to take the armors in , but it feels like they used it as an excuse to cheap out on them. We should be able to customize all the parts of the armor not just body, head and visor.

Me too. I want my Spartan to wear deadeye helmet, helioskrill arms, venator body, and not sure of legs but you get the idea

Yes I would like the armor back. I mean look at Goblin or Seeker, they just look…eugh.
I’d like to see some old armors come back, but I would also like to see some new ones that might come in the future games or even the updates for the current one like we’ve been getting recently.

Either way, I have been wearing cqb for 10 years.
I would do anything to see it in halo 5.
