Do we really need 200+ armor?

Seriously 343, you should’ve stopped around 100

It’s unfortunate that they went for quantity over quality. To me all the armour looks more or less the same.

We don’t have 200+ really

Most of those have 2-4 versions but are really the same designs

No, but if the difference between 100 and 200 includes the armors I like and wear, it’s fine by me. Even without considering the campaign options, I’m liking some of the new variants.

I only need one armor.

Well you aren’t the only person that matters. Who would have thought

Everybody matters, including my post. The irony of your post makes me laugh.

Yep. Kind of drives me nuts opening REQ cards at this point and getting the aesthetic items… what’s the point, beyond armory completion that doesn’t matter?

People complain about the lack of customization options, people complain about the surplus of customization options. We don’t need ANY armor unlocks really, just fun, smooth, and balanced gameplay, which in my eyes 343 has delivered

Worse part is majority of it looks like crap.

We need 1000+

I have noticed the same names popping up when armor unlocks appear in the req packs I open. Scrolled through to see slight color variations on them, didn’t see the big deal to have the same armor with the secondary color in different locations.

It doesn’t matter, None of it matters! None of it’s real! oh man don’t take the red and blue pill at the same time

I don’t mind, more is better than too few. Majority of gamers love customization options and this gives you so many. There are so many cool weapons in the game, and they are so well balanced, I don’t mind all the armors because the other aspects are not lacking.

Can’t say it causes me a great deal of stress but I have to say it’s lazy from 343 to deliver all these near-identical sets. Armor variants should, at a minimum, be clearly identifiable on the battlefield. It would have been a nice touch if some of the armor choices cause NPCs to say different things to you.

Exactly and these would take minimal effort to alter.
I would love to see a weekly update were they provide some stats regarding Halo 5 such as,

  • Most used REQ
  • Least used REQ
  • Top 5 most used armours

I luv to collect armo, hate with a passion all non Sparton reqs. I LUV MY ARMO REQS, only reqs except skins that dont buy skill, but that is just me, Sparton CHARGE with my nice armo, oh yea, lol.

It doesn’t bother me but it was a long grind just to get all the common/uncommon/rare stuff out of the way.

Halo: Reach had the best armor. It had both good quantity and quality, as well as having a better unlock system.

More like 8 - 10, I counted at least 8 different versions of EVO and CQB alone
