I want to try to get some progress done on my mongoose and warthog destroyer commendations and castle wars seems like a good place to do it. If I remember correctly it was here in mid-March or so but I am not sure when it is coming back.

They should make Castle Wars permanent tbh. Better than all of the other temporary playlists by far (especially the pile of trash that is Action Sack), and honestly better than most permanent playlists

Probably not a permanent playlist because not enough people play it.
People vote with their time in the game. Having it in a mixed playlist like action sack is a compromise. It’s still in the game but it can’t stay 24/7

Personally I really enjoy Castle Wars, its been one of my favorite customs for a while but I can understand why it may not be permanent. Its definitely an acquired taste. I do dislike Action Sack though, the gamemodes are very hit or miss and if I could choose which ones I played I might like it more.

I liked the ones they had when Action Sack first came out. All of the new game modes are lame, except for Rift Ball and that king of the hill one, which is ok

I dislike castle wars cuz it’s full of laggy kids spartan charging with an energy sword. Personally I’m glad they do the rotational playlist because it lets everyone play what they like.
