Do we know how the ranking system in Halo 4 is going to work yet?

I ask because for one I don’t recall seeing anything on this (besides the visibility arguements) and two because I came across this

Is this the confirmed system that will be used??

We don’t anything other than the fact that it’ll be skill-based, and won’t be the 1-50 system.
