People who do not have the limited edition halo 4 copy should legitimately buy the map pack, or the map pass. Just buy it for 343i and show respect. After all this is pretty much MS fault.

You do realize 343i (certain infinity) worked on making map packs for people. You know making video game is a job right? people need to get paid. I’m pissed off at Ms for being a greedy selfish people. They probably did this on purpose towards 343i

Woah woah…you’re telling me, that the people at 343…are paid to make games? /sarcasm
They’ve already been paid enough, for an incomplete game at that. They have our money.
I’m pissed that people are getting it for free, but it’s just stupid to think that someone would pay for it when they have an awesome chance at getting something for free.
So far it say zero microsoft points on it. Not like its saying 800 Microsoft Points and I push the button and snatched it off the counter and ran. Zero to download. I’m sure Microsoft will address the issue with their staff. I was an Area Manager right out of high school while paying for college and if some moron put on the wrong price tag on an item and sold it to a customer I had to make my managers honor it and then write them up for failing to make sure their staff was on the ball. That’s business in the states if you want to stay in business.
And how do people know that this wasn’t deliberately released for free as a way of 343 appologizing for how badly they’ve -Yoinked!- up the series?

People also get free music off the internet and artists don’t get paid. Do you pay for your music?

That makes no sence at all. Besides MS does the DLC release not 343. MS had a problem today. If your not happy with 343 then dont play the game, of coure looking at the stats you really dont care cause you play a ton.

Hmmmmmm, they must not have messed it up too bad considering how much you’ve been playing it, especially today. Do you guys just love to blindly bash 343 and the game because you think it makes you look cool? Keep trying. You know you love the game you silly troll

Do you think 343 is going to hurt financially? Not only do they already have money from all of the sales, their production studio (business office?) is located snugly in Microsoft’s wallet.
I don’t believe Microsoft is hurting for money in any way. 343 is a first party developer so their budget is whatever Microsoft gives them…if they want more, they just have to ask.
I do believe that 343 needs our support, but not in the monetary sense. The only thing I have seen on the forums…ever…is about how terrible they are.
343 is pretty awesome. They managed to take the reigns of an extremely popular ip, from an established developer that created the series, and did a phenomenal job in doing so.
Leave your “[insert weapon] is OP!” arguments at home. The game is awesome. Don’t like it? No one has a gun to your head…
