Do the free Spartan Ops missions "expire"?

Apparently the first season of Spartan Ops missions are free for download. This is 10 weeks of Spartan Ops, I believe. I don’t have Xbox Live, and I don’t want to renew it until after I first play and finish the Halo 4 campaign on Heroic, so will there be a certain timeframe for me to download Season 1 of Spartan Ops?

Will Season 1 be free missions forever, or will I have to pay for them if I don’t download them in time?.

No time frame as far as I can tell, the first season should remain free indefinitely I am pretty certain from what has been said about it, you should be fine :).

Yes what the guy above me said. I think that they will remain free for as long as XBL is up and running. Unless something catastrophic happens.
