Exactly. The automated banhammer will likely detect the pattern of AFKs on his guest controller and respond accordingly. That also falls under cheating, and the Xbox Live Enforcement Team might act on that, as well.

But before filing a complaint I would suggest going out of your way to ruin their boosting experience.
Just steal kill his afk and then kill him. Rinse and repeat.
Karma sucks sometimes.
A much better strategy would be to not kill his AFK and just camp the AFK and kill the booster because odds are when you kill the AFK you won’t find it before the booster does.

Seriously though, I’ve reported a few people (about 2 months agao) for boosting/cheating and have they been banned yet?
No, cause i keep running into them every few days…
It would be nice to be notified what has been done to the person you filed a complaint on. But I do not see this happening. I reported several boosters and chronic TK’ers with Halo 3 and yet they always seemed to be on Live ruining everyones fun.

I actually got a messsage from Live once telling me they acted on a complaint of mine, but that was one lone time many many moons ago.
