I want to start playing all campaigns on legendary but I’m afraid the achievements won’t unluck because I have some skulls enabled. The 2 I use mostly is the grunt birthday party skull and bandana skull. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Bandana will disable skulls. Grunt Birthday will not. If you have one on that disables achievements a dialog box should come up and tell you when you move to the “start game” screen. You can also know which these are from the skull select screen. Ones that will disable achievements have a score multiplier of “x0.00”
Certain skulls will yes. Depending on what game you play it will disable achievements. When you use the bandana skull in Halo CE, you cannot earn achievements. In Halo 2 the scarab skull, bandana skull, bonded pair skull, and envy skull will disable achievements in that game.

Bandanna and scarab skulls will disable some achievements, but not all.
You will not get any “Complete this level on Legendary” achievements or any of the par score achievements (not sure about the par time ones). Most of the other achievements work just fine with those skulls on fine.
