Hello i was wondering if anything happens to people who leave games? It gets annoying when you are losing by 1 kill and your team mates start leaving like idiots.
It doesn’t have a 1-50 system so it doesn’t matter.

I don’t know. Is there a quit ban? You obviously don’t rank down.
If i start loosing i quit and join another game and win, Nothing happens.
Yeah, you leave a game you don’t get any XP… sounds like a fair trade.
I believe there’s a quit ban for leaving too often.
I don’t think so and if they do, they don’t make it obvious like Reach did. Although it can get annoying, I always just think of the fact that its just a game and people really could have other more important things tend to (even though they most likely just rage quit). I don’t think people should be punished but I would like to see jackpots reintroduced and if anything, take them away from players who quit too often. On the flip side, like Reach, give bigger jackpots to those who finish all their games.
they should make a system where people on the enemy team get extra points if you rage quit
They really need a ban system especially for team throwdown, I cant even play a single game without someone quiting.
They have to quit so many games in a set time limit for the Quit Ban to activate
Sometimes games are extremely high ping for some people. It is all fair living in America where you’re near the majority of the hosts but living in Europe is quite different. I have to say that 343 somehow did a remarkable job because for the past few months I have been matched up with hosts that are close to me.
I think banning people for leaving would be a terrible idea. Anyway, isn’t team throw down meant for people who are stacking in fours as communication is key? Why don’t you just go grab 4 people who wont quit?
This is actually my biggest problem with the game and its the entire reason they added the join matches in progress feature, imo. Team quitters can completely ruin a match. Take a second to think about that, cause at first it probably doesn’t seem so bad.
I’ll explain to you why it’s actually awful: They just stole 15 minutes of your life. Everything you did no longer matters. You win the match with 28-6 score? Oh wait there were only 5 people left against 8, win and stats meaningless. Close match of CTF suddenly your getting decimated? It’s 5 on 2 now cause some kid’s playing triple and one of them didn’t get the sniper rifle spawn. Whatever the case, the experience and competition is completely nullified by some rage quitter, or ADD hyperactive, or whatever and you are out a quarter of an hour. Might not matter to some of you, but some others have jobs and lives and playing this game is a brief glittering gem of fun before we have to go to bed and work for a living. A repeat offender should suffer consequences for that sort of behavior and they shouldn’t get very damn many chances before they do.
I’d put the number at 5 inside a week. You quit 5 times inside of a week and you are done for the day. Each subsequent quit that week, and you are done for the day. Resets 12:00am sunday, thanks for playing. Only fair for someone who wasted well over and hour of other people’s lives.
No Halo 4 followed a trend of other modern FPS’s and now we pay the price having to deal with a community where half the people can’t take a loss no matter what. I hate that side of the community.
Hey there’s the other theory that if players could turn the visibility off on their Stats they might actually stay to play also because they got nothing to lose by doing so.
I really hope there is, I’m a constant victim to my teammates quitting over everything.
