When I first started playing halo 5 in November, I already had some armor unlocked, some LEGENDARY class armor. Mark IV, and Mark IV scarred, are these by default unlocked? Because I have no clue how I got them before even starting the game, or completing my Spartan Company. I had no req’s. How could I possibly have gotten it?
Mark VI [GEN1] is unlocked by getting the achievement “Your Journey Begins” and Mark VI [GEN1] Scarred is unlocked by getting the achievement “Cairo Station”, both from Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
Ah! Ok, I see. I was clueless. It made no sense to me! Thanks for clearing that up!

For anyone that doesn’t know Nightfall armour is unlocked by watching all 5 episodes on waypoint, and Heroskrill is from completing all 4 games on legendary. Also i believe that Heroskrill is unlockable in REQ packs.

Actually Nightfall is also now buried in the RNG we call the Req system.
All armors are unlockable through the req system except for the achilles armor… atleast until they release a achilles armor with a white stripe down the middle or something like that.

Nah challenger/Athlon Champion are still locked for me and I have everything else so they should be unlocked through gold but all I get is the 6k req points.

Oh yeah i forgot about that armor to be honest, wasn’t worth spending money on
