There is currently a bug where players are stuck at the black loading screen and this is because they are using any of the 3 announcers.
Tell everyone you know to stick with the default Sarah Palmer announcer and can 343 industries say something meaningful here; support has not been meaningful?
Do you have a video, a link or other gamers to back this up ? I have not heard of this issue, and have seen nothing in the forum about it, that pack has been out for ages. You’re the first post I’ve seen on it.
Are you getting into any games? I have the had black loading screen twice, since getting the voice pack, but a restart of the game fixes this. Not sure the two are correlated.
My whole group uses the pack. We may black screen a firefight one every 10-15 games. I believe there is no correlation

Are you sure this is the problem?
I’ve been posting this on the support section for the past month or so.
I’m not sure how one can provide video evidence for hundreds of games, but the few times its shown up its when I have the new announcers equipped.
There is no fix for it, as going to xbox dashboard will result in a Did Not Finish.
The whole point on putting it on general discussion is for people to see.

You still get a DNF, and the problem will occur in the future.
