I thought that menu where it showed him getting EXP, was for Spartan Ops…
I didn’t hear them saying it was for Multiplayer as well… O.o

There’s 2 different ranking systems in place. One EXP, progressive which represents a Halo 3-themed rank, plus a second ranking which is unknown, but goes by a letter-number system.

Already been explained that if you play better, you get more exp. If you don’t do well, or you afk the whole game, you get much less.
They learned from Reach’s system. Read from this thread of already confirmed info here.
