Do not have HelioSkrill armor unlocked

I have just completed the final campaign of halo 1 on Legendary. I have received my Legendary achievement for completely all campaigns on the Master Chief on Legendsry and I haven’t received my HelioSkrill armor. I don’t want to lie and I have proof of my completion of all campaigns. I just want my armor, please help

Start up MCC. Load up a custom game, end it. Change ur emblem, then load H5. Should pop up then.
