Halo 4 is more then a year away from release. Why would they show really early on gameplay? We will not see gameplay for many more months.

and it was rushed soo badly.

I think 343i took advise from Bungie, just shows they’re super focused on the game.

Same here. People are freaking out that gameplay was not shown.

Different companies, different styles.

However, it not very often you see gameplay this early on, the games stages are so unfinished.

If you got gameplay now, you would whine, complain, threaten things nobody cares about.

What would you prefer to see, a picture of chief standing with cortana with both of them looking like a fan-made image or something finished & official that looks good.

The Halo 2 E3 2003 footage was gameplay but in the end, everything got cut and did not make it to the final game.

I know, I’m just simply putting that a Halo game has been shown a year and a half before it’s release. But it’s so early in, that there’s no real point in showing in-game footage because they could change so much. I’m glad they only showed concept.

I like the approach they made. No biggie :).

Halo 3 gameplay was shown 9 months before. so what, we have to wait 3 months instead of getting it at halo fest? lame
