The Spartan ranks not screen at the arena
Is the bug in a different language?
I’m from Mexico and I have the exact same problem, the Arena ranks are missing and the matches I play doesn’t count to get ranked in any of the other playlists. I can find matches and play nornally.

It does appear that in-game placements haven’t been showing for players, but you can still check and see your placements for ranked playlists here on Halo Waypoint until the issue gets fixed. Just check you service record: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/service-records/arena/players/
