Do not apply the discount HSA

I acquired the game Halo Spartan Assault for Windows 8 in July 2013.
On February 6 the Halo Spartan Assault buy for my Xbox 360. Use the same user for purchase in Windows 8, but when you pay the game that explain the discount page is not applied. Hi, Pinkeamelas. Can you tell me what happens when you follow the below steps, please?

  • Turn on your Xbox 360 console and log in to the profile with which you bought Halo: Spartan Assault on Windows 8 or Windows Phone 8.
  • Press LB or RB to navigate channels until “Games” is highlighted.
  • Look for a tile on the Games channel that has the Halo: Spartan Assault key art.
  • Click on this tile, and you will be taken to the purchase page for the game at the discounted price.

Sorry that this isn´t my post and this answer wasn´t ffor me but i have the same problem, the discount isn´t showing.
There is no HSA key art in the Games channel for me, i purchased it on XBOX ONE with the discount so i was expecting to get it again at that price on the 360 :slight_smile:

i also tried to download the demo but in-game its showing the full price for me :confused:

I purchase the 360 version the day it released… I attempted all options that Ms Shea suggested and then just got frustrated and purchased the game outright for the full price. I received the discount on Xbox One no problem but I’m assuming there’s nothing I can do to get that extra $10 back that I spent? Please advise if there’s anything I can do otherwise that I haven’t thought of.

EDIT: Thank for the response, Ms Shea. I’m not that concerned about it, I love contributing to the Halo franchise anyway.

Hello. I enter the xbox 360 with the user to purchase the game on Windows 8, follow the steps in the publication, when I gave buy, was full price and not the price discount, buy the game for full price thinking it would make the discount when paid, and so far this has not been carried off.

We’ve reached out to Xbox Live to find out if there are offer availability issues. Also, just FYI, if you’ve already purchased the game, you’ll need to contact Xbox Live Support, as they handle transactions.

I’ve contacted Xbox Live and they tell me that I should contact HaloWaypoint. I think not coming back to buy Xbox Live. Nobody knows to respond to the topic. Thank you for all your information and support provided

Heard back from the Xbox Live team. Sounds like there was a hiccup for a small amount of users with the discounted offer showing up on the Arcade channel only. For now, that is where you want to navigate to redeem the special offer. Just FYI.
