so i get that everyone who played before the 20th will get the code to unlock the other 6 specializations. BUT, what about all the people who will be getting halo for christmas? does that essentially mean that everyone who didn’t play by the 20th will only be allowed to rank to lvl 70? that seems like the ultimate rip off if you only get half the game because you didn’t buy it at launch. as pissed as i am to be waiting and twiddling my thumbs, i would be LIVID if i bought the game this week and found out i only get half the game.

…or is the thought that at some point, they will eventually uncap everything for everyone (no more daily xp caps and no more level caps)?

this is how bungie traditionally did it. once everyone had a fair shot to level up, they eventually opened all the level caps.

They will unlock specs 2 at a time free dlc awhile after xmas there still going to have to wait awhile if they hit 70 to fast

i figured they would unlock them all at some point.

as much as i feel scammed that i’m waiting on MS to send me the rest of the product i payed for, at least i know it’s coming. i would be PISSED if i bought the game this week or got it for xmas and had to wait till january to receive the rest of the game that has already been paid for.

when did this trend start? i get wanting to stop boosters and i assumed that’s what the daily credit cap was for but sending a game out with only half the levels is kinda sorry.

One word. EXTORTION. They want to show all of the standard edition buyers why they should have paid extra hard earned money for the more expensive editions. Punitive. If somebody has a better reason for their greed, please, do tell.
