I say yes!
Mainly because the beta was the best Halo experience I’ve had in a very long time. I’m 28 now married with one “monster” (Ment in the best way… You other parents know what I’m talking about) that’s almost 3 years old. She was born just 2 weeks befor Halo 4.
I’ve loved every Halo but my most cherished memories were on Halo 2 online. Not saying 3, Reach or 4 were bad because they weren’t in my book. I just had the most play time with Halo 2 online. I’m a BTB player and headlong… OMG I played that map so much it’s sad. (Side note:Remember when you could flip a banshee and stand on the wing that was on the ground. Then shoot a rocket at the other wing and you would go sky high and be on the outskirts of the map just sniping people?.. Oh the memories but don’t even get me started on Waterworks! Loved that one to death) Anyways… Enough with the veteran Halo player status lol. I’ve always had a blast playing Halo. Halo 3 was great for BTB on sand trap and all the others. Halo Reach was great too but short lived in my life. All my friends went to COD just a few weeks later. That’s when it all really started for me. The great insurrection lmao jk but for real… It was nuts how many of my friends left Halo and just like so many others so did I. Not because I didn’t enjoy the gameplay because I did. It was the fact that they we were highly competitive and to them Halo Reach and 4(plasma Pistols and plasma grenades as a load out??? Who thought this was a good idea?) just didn’t have it. So I became a follower and fell in rank. Then, years later it all changed…
Halo 5 beta came out and knocked us on our butts. It was what every Halo game needed to be. It took the best aspects of Halo CE-4 and made an amazing online experience. We were talking about it for weeks after. Sharing replays on Upload and bragging about everything from K/D ratios to the best killing sprees. It was awesome and all the gameplay of Warzone we’ve seen has us and me in particular super excited to what’s to come. Heck it might even replace BTB for us but who knows. Sprint just felt right in the beta. It truly felt like 343 nailed it this time plus clamber… My God! Flawless execution right here folks. There are 6 of us so we kinda had to do a rotation with the beta. But my back doesn’t hurt when caring noobs. We always push on like true Spatans. I just wish there was a Warzone beta for us all to try out. No worries though almost 30 days out at this point.
Long story short… Yes I think this could be the best Halo MP yet. I didn’t touch the campaign because it’s close to my heart. After the events of Halo 4… Oh how I miss her… Not a single campaign has let me down. I just love everything about this franchise. (FanBoy I guess they would call me)
P.S. The guy that Ben interviewed… you know the one witnessed Master Chief destroy the 4 ODST guys in the ring (one of the best parts in the book Fall of Reach aside from the events leading up to that fight)… What a jerk… Am I right?
