Do I need to buy Halo ODST again??

I tried playing ODST a while ago but the game says I need to install it even though it is. I looked in the installation menu in-game and there is a lock symbol over ODST but it is installed. I’ve played the game before on MCC so I don’t understand why I need to buy it all of a sudden.

This probably can be solved if you reinstall the game.
