So I just got Xbox ONE. I signed in on this name (Robeman) set it up. Put in my billing code (credit card info stuff). Thing is I dont know if I have GOLD or what. I tried getting gold off system but it said it’s “Down” and when I try it on the website It doesnt help much either
So stupid question but how do I tell if I have Gold for X-Bone? Is there some thing that says?
On your Xbox One: Go to your settings, and then down to “subscriptions” on the left side of the screen.

I know that but it says it’s down or whatever. I’ll check once MCC is done downloading. I’m thinking maybe cause of the HUGE traffic it may be a little iffy.
I just wish the damn thing would be like "HEY YOU ARE GOLD or “HEY YOU ARE SILVER”
so does it show if you have xbox gold?
if not and you know you’re subscription hasn’t ran out you need to talk to microsoft. (happened to me several times) the thing is that its not recognizing you’re gold so just talk to them and they will fix everything for you.
Try join a party on your Xbox, if you don’t have Gold, it will tell you renew I believe?
