Do I get the ice skin after I lagged out?

I finally matched 343 just to get kicked out of the game half way through. Do I still get the ice skin?

Maybe,but it was mostly custom games that I did not finish because they were assassination game types and lasted for a long time.

I believe you need to be in the full game in order to get the skin. If you are playing and don’t receive it when 343 give it out (usually the next day), then you weren’t eligible to get it and need to try again.

As stckrboy mentioned, you have to remain in the entire match against 343 in order to get the skin. If you quit / lag out of the match before it ends, you won’t be able to get it.

I know for a fact that if you quit out intentionally you won’t get it, that’s been mentioned on stream before

Too bad they didn’t make the skins like an “infection”. You get them if you play against someone who has them. It would be fun to have that randomly pop up as you were playing

Happened to a friend of mine a few playdates back. Definitely frustrating.

Where. can you find out when they’re doing a playdate? Is there a certain social media site I need to follow them on to get notified about it?

No biggie. I just wanted to see if they were matching solo players.

They’ll announce playdates in Community Updates.
