Just the title. I managed to have the game earlier thanks to Gamestop. But do I have to wait until Tuesday?

You are good to go if you have a legit copy.
Game comes out in a few days, some are bound to make it out all over the globe.

If you can legally purchase a Lottery Ticket you might want to do that also, just saying when the luck is jogging you start running.
