Do halo reach legendary edition codes still work?

ive been recently thinking about buying the legendary edition of the (after 6 years of it being out) and wondered if the codes still work so I know if I want to buy the 300$ edition that’s brand new or the used-ish 150$ edition if anyone could answer that’d help a lot.

I’m pretty sure they expire, don’t count me on that though.

Yes they do. I just used them on the fifth.

You can use it on both consoles since Xbox 360 and the Xbox One both share your account information.

All Xbox 360 and Xbox One codes unless stated otherwise on the code’s source (Such as a game pre-order code if it states it) do not have an expiration date. All regular/Gen I Xbox LIVE Codes (I tried to use a regular Xbox code for two months of LIVE Gold just for verification purposes) are expired due to the regular/Gen 1 Xbox’s LIVE services no longer being available.

I think they should work because I still have the Recon Code after the game came out and downloaded 2 months ago and it still worked.
