Do gun sights have different traits?

Since the launch of H5, and when I unlocked my first holo-sight SMG, I’ve wondered if the different types of sights have different traits for draw time. What I mean is this.

Does the Holo sight give you a faster aim-down-the-sight (ADS) time than the physical default sight?
Does the ADS time for the holo-sight occur faster than the recon sight? Or the longshot sight?

What are the benefits of switching the sights? Is it simply their for our own preferences and experience customization? I feel the difference in rarity for the holo-sight should represent some fundamental difference.

I’ve come to the conclusion that the different sights will obviously block different area’s of the screen. This is true for all scopres/sights in all shooters. For example, the Sentinal BR has more of the screen blocked by the sights model than the classic scope, or longshot scope, presumably to balance the increased zoom availability.

Does anyone know if anyone has done a decent comparison of how the different scopes and sights operate?

I didn’t know the Sentinal scope zoomed for the longest time, I always avoided it because I noticed it gets sun glare. After I got the zoom for the first time I felt quite dumb for ever speaking poorly of my newfound favorite scope.

I’m fairly certain that the ADS time is the same for each sight. The only differences are visibility, style, and zoom magnifications.

Here you go.

Pretty sure it’s all preference, except sentinel, that one you can zoom in with

The projection sight or hybrid is probably the best sights because they don’t block your perriferal vision or anything else
