You can get three unlocks now every now and then as emblems no longer count as a permanent unlock. So if you get and emblem there still will be two permanent unlocks in the packs.

Yeah, Emblem chance in the third slot. You still only get 6000 RP once you’ve completed Gold Packs, though.
