Do enemies return?

I’ve played Breath of the Wild and this feels very similar, but had one question so far. Do enemies reappear after a while?

Yes, I’ve cleared the banished outposts for a 100% completion, but if I return to them now they’re full of banished to clear out again.

So after everything is done (game completed), they’ll reappear?

Yes, they regularly respawn. Which is good because otherwise they’d be nothing to do I suppose.

I like to load a Razorback with marines and go for a drive :grinning:

Its not even a long respawn, along the way to free some marines, I cleared out some banished in a signal tower. On the way back from freeing the marines, the banished were already back.
